Recieved the best Costumer service from a parts store ever. Garnet went above and beyond to help me purchase a remanufactured transmission and retrieved and send a part we forgot to remove and needed for the install. Great job

Horrible customer service i called looking for a part the guy on the phone sounded like he hated his life and his job and took it out on me, bad attitude, arrogant, when I asked about what would happen if the part I bought was bad he said you buy it you own it, what a goof!!! Oh yeah hung up on me too lol what a joke, how does anyone run a business like that anymore? If you are reading this do not go to this place, do not support it, go to Mitchel Island beside Vancouver and Richmond there are tons of wreckers there. That's what I'm Goin to do, their loss.

i am the victim of a failed tiguan engine. i talked to Garnet and he was a huge help very knowledgeable of the engine and its defects. He got me set up with another engine with the failed parts updated. He was a huge help in lifting the stress. I highly recommend calling him if you need parts. very happy customer

The most rude and unfriendly people I've dealt with.
Don't go there unless you ran out of options.
They wanted 300 for used part which I had to remove on my own and I bought this part , brand new from save on parts for 180.
They don't match or negotiate any prices and almost tell you go f**k yourself if you trying to offer anything.

Fast, efficient and professional service. I walked in, stated what I was looking for and someone pulled the parts as soon as they were done dealing with another customer ahead of me. The price was what I expected, but the condition of the product and the service was well beyond what I've ever experienced elsewhere. I'm already planning on returning for my next recycled part purchase.

Andrew at Pro Auto is as good as it gets !!!! I had a complete run around dealing with Mini Yaletown in Vancouver. Andrew was the only competent person that I could ask for advice in replacing my engine on a Mini Cooper. In the end Pro Auto went way beyond the call of duty and replaced the engine in my Mini for me.
The engine price and labour cost for the job was very fair.
I highly recommend dealing with this company for auto parts.
