They've been ok in the past but this past weekend I placed an order. An hour and past with not so much as a confirmation text. I messaged to enquire whether it would be delivered within half an hour as I had to step out, and asked if I could change the address it would be delivered to if it would be longer (still in KW in the delivery area). They said the driver would arrive within half an hour. He did not. I got a call THREE HOURS LATER from the driver saying he was at my house. This was also after their closing time. I said that I was not home as I told them I had to step out - That was why I asked about an ETA. So I didn't get my order. I asked if it could be delivered first thing the next day since I asked about an eta earlier and was told there was no guarantee I could get it in the morning. Whatever. I messaged Imperial Bud and emailed them about this and they have not responded. Terrible customer service, would not order from them again. They can't even be courteous enough as a company to reply to my email. I've also been a customer who has tipped well in the past but I guess customer satisfaction isn't important to them.
Don't waste your time waiting around all day for them - they won't come when they say they will and will leave you waiting literally all day.

The wait was very much well worth it… I ordered their 99$oz deal and granted it took a bit over 3hrs for delivery (but I was warned that the wait could be that long), the driver was very polite and I have to say… I have tried many of the vendors that are out there and based of my fist experience with imperial bud, they have the best quality and the best deals! I am throughly impressed and will be using these guys as my new #1 supplier!!

Bud is always good and their driver Leo is the best! Very accommodating and pleasant experience all around.
EDIT: they now use little glass jars for packaging and I love them even more!! 10/10 recommend

I have been shopping from Imperial Buds for 2 years now and they never disappointed me both price wise and quality wise. They have a huge range of options and their deliveries are very fast and effective. Leo and Monty are both very nice person and they have amazing experince in dealing with customers. Looking forward to do more business in the future with them.
