  Very professional place to get your Ultrasound done. They are very accommodating and they made the visit very comfortable.

  Works in the Kitchener/ Waterloo area, and not being able to get an appointment there ,called these guys and got one the next day. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. One of the best runned office I have visited in awhile. You go guys yous rocks!

  Amazing staff, I come here from Brampton! My family’s been coming here for almost 6 years now.

  The receptionist is rude as hell. For someone working with people who are sick she lacks empathy 🙄. My health card expired a while ago and due to the covid we weren't sure when to renew it. I went in here and this lady was rude. There's a way you communicate an information to someone without being rude. She told me my results will not be sent to the doctor unless I pay from pocket and it was $70. I went to an atm machine nearby and it only gave multiples of 20. Meaning I couldn't get $70. Here was her reply ' I already told you the amount I needed' and that came out so rudely. She didn't even offer to help find it knowing I was frustrated and really needed help at that point. It was a gentleman sitting nearby that offered 2 $10 bills. I was already tearing up because I have never had such an experience before. Never !!! Even my generations will never go here. It's a no for me.

  Great service, if you're not looking for all the frills. Called right when they opened to see if they take walk-ins, but they said it's better if you call and make an appointment. The receptionist said they are usually very busy during the weekends, but luckily they had an open slot in the afternoon.
  
  When I got there, the clinic was small but was clean and well-kept. The whole process probably took 20 mins where I didn't have to wait when I arrived 5 mins before my appointment time. The tech was diligent in asking for my identity and if I was pregnant because of getting an x-ray done.
  
  Much better experience than the run down, dingy walk-in clinics I've been elsewhere!
