Bought a pair of boots yesterday at your store. I had gone in looking for a particular pair and when my size wasn't in stock, I was pressured into buying another pair (conveniently had a much larger price tag). The boots haven't left the box and I decided to bring them back today for a refund. Your staff was not accommodating and very rude. As your Yelp page indicates, this is not an isolated incident. I would appreciate a response from the store owner Amee King. Unfortunate that at a time when shopping local needs to be encouraged, customer service is not up to the task.

I can't even say how much I love this haven of beautiful shoes and lovely people! Amee is a genius shoe buyer and her staff of shoe mavens are accommodating, friendly, and fun. I always leave with something specialand often I'm surprised at what I get! It's a testament to the shoe selection, but also to the comfy and fun atmosphere in the store itself. See you again soonlike a moth to a flame!

I have to ration my visits to Imelda, because I always find something unexpected that calls my name. They always have a great selection of basics as well as some more funky and unusual finds. I've also always found the service to be polite and attentive as well, and the return policies etc. to be clearly spelled out, in contrast to the experience of the reviewer below.
