Are you kidding me! I placed an order online! 3 times on 3 different dates to wait over 2 hours! When I called I keep getting excuses but today the lady who I spoke with said she’s the owner! Telling me a bunch of bullshit as to why I didn’t receive my order on time! I don’t want to hear why you guys are not focusing on your orders and it’s not my problem why you was busy! Don’t get rude with me when I am asking about my order after the fact that they took payment for! It’s not my problem! Just ridiculous and I shall not be be returning! Don’t charge people’s credit card and not give them what they order! FYI your customer service SUCKS!!

first time in, the staff not very helpful. got cookies and cream frozen yogurt, it was only plain as far as I could tell. don't know where the cookies were. none in the yogurt. not too impressed

Won downtown bucks from Bud Gardens, saw in the book that chil was included in the downtown bucks. We went. Ice cream and froyo was good, but owner was kind of rude. handed him the downtown bucks and he said "no i can't take this this is a joke". "why would you try" told him that the downtown bucks book included their shop. he ended up giving me a "well i'm not gonna give you any change back". told him that the back of the coupons shows you how to get reimbursed for it. he said to just take it and go.

Usually amazing!! Went for the edible cookie dough and never have tasted anything more disgusting:( Not only was the flavour WAY off but the consistency/texture was terrible. You definitely need to work on your recipe before selling your cookie dough, luckly I have been there many times before and know your other toppings are awesome but had I tried chil for the first time I would never go back!

Being someone that has to be very health conscious about what I eat (battled stage 4 cancer for the last few years).it's good to know I have a place to go go when I want a DELICIOUS vegan organic cold treat. Not many of those around. I'm so happy I know this place. I'm usually having to watch others chow down on delicious cold treats, now I can too. This means more to me than you know Chil!!!

The frozen yogurt is amazing and fresh tasting, always.
Toppings selection are so amazing and exciting.

First time visiting today, went to grab a tub of chocolate almond milk froyo and the guy was great and didn't let my daughter and I leave until we tried a bunch of flavours :)
We will be back very soon.

My son and I walked 10km to come try. It was fabulous. He just loved it. I'm not vegan but my son, 3.5yrs, doesn't like meat etc. So I love this place.

Chil's Yogurt Bar has to be the best froyo I have ever had. Real ingredients, organic, fat free Greek frozen yogurt. They even have non dairy and vegan options. The maple almond sorbet that was made with almond milkwow. They also offer the most toppings anywhere. A hidden gem.

One of the best jobs I had short lived due to health issue ( not related ) but worked with some pretty cool people and had a good time there and yes! They have the best yogurt around just saying.
