Excellent cleaning experience. Had been visiting the same downtown dental office for 15yrs. Was always satisfied with the service but it had become inconvenient. Had heard good things about Image Dental and it is much closer to my place. VERY happy I decided to give them a try. I’ll be back.

Image Dental are awesome. Friendly, helpful and they really about the experience. With Dr Lafontaine and Dr Polischuk leading the team everything is run smooth and efficiently. I had my cleaning done, today, with Julie who is a one of hygienist’s and it was great. Friendly, very thorough and my teeth felt amazing. Great job Image Dental team….as always.

I have changed my 5-star to a 1-star. I had to cancel appointments due to my dog having cancer and not doing well, ultimately saying goodbye. I called to book an appointment to have a root canal. Leona at reception was extremely rude and said," you better not cancel his time as I have blocked you off for two hours" "you know I can get other people in who will actually come" Leona was made aware that I said goodbye to my dog and this is why I canceled my appointments. You never know what is going on in someone's life, and it is not the first time she has been so rude. I emailed Travis and did not even get a reply regarding how rude Leona was or even a sorry, which is saying her behavior is acceptable and it is not. I am sorry, but life does happen, and my dog being sick, trumps going to the dentist. I am paying you, and this is how I get treated. I do not recommend going here. The reception is very pushy trying to book appointments; it is incredibly overwhelming. I feel they only care about one thing- Money! They changed me an emergency exam fee when it was not booked in like that, and I was not made aware it would be an emergency fee. I would be mindful of going here and getting ready for some of the rudest client care.

I’m so grateful for Travis and his dental team, they are all outstanding. Sylvie is a fantastic and gentle hygienist and ensures my cleanings are comfortable. Highly recommend this dentist!

Staff at Image Dental are all very helpful. Leona has accommodated me and made things work on so many occasions and my hygienist Silvie always does a great job and is fun to talk with.

We have been going to this office since they opened. The Dentists and all of the staff are great and very accommodating. Highly recommend this office.
