Scott, Amanda and Carla are very professional and know the trade! We were very happy with all aspects of the sale of our townhouse. The level of knowledge and service we received was above and beyond what I expected. The resident experts team guided us every step of the way and made the process as smooth as possible. We used Resident Experts for our sale and purchase and I could not be happier that I chose them among all other agents. As a lawyer myself, I am very detailed and expect high standard from other professionals and these guys exceeded my standards in different aspects. They were friendly, hardworking, knowledgeable and responsive. They could manage our sale and purchase in less than 2 months and gave us enough time to prepare for our baby coming soon. I highly recommend them.

We were told right from the start about the Resident Experts core principle that no matter the size & value of the property we were selling (just a one-bedroom condo) we'd be treated with the utmost professionalism and be granted access to the procedures and tools that luxury home-owners expect. Well that's exactly what we got. It felt like I had shown up with jeans and a greasy t-shirt at a black-tie event - and yet that I was made to feel completely and unreservedly welcome.
Frankly my wife and I were frequently astonished at the speed, politeness, and excellence with which Amanda and Scott answered our many questions, ironed out our many wrinkles, and sold our home.
