We were looking for a vehicle to take up north for the weekend, and Valentin was very helpful and extremely patient with us since we had very specific requirements about an Off-Road. The service is excellent and the people working there are very nice too. Taking care of all your needs and making sure your experience is very good. Reserving online is very easy and picking up your car is the same thing. I would highly recommend this company for your next reservation.

I rented a Subaru due to the recommendation of the manager and it was the best experience ever. The Man at the counter was helpful prompt ,courteous and did not rush to assist me . My car was clean and the staff was friendly as well. I will be back to use this car rental service every single time if the service stays this way. Thank you Globe!

Be careful for online reservation. They'd love to charge you with cancelation fee. I canceled 40 hours prior, but they charged me 50$!!!
I called them back one day before, to get the car back. Their logic is that I must be charged for cancelation, because others couldn't reserve the car, then I told them so I want the car as before if that is the reason. Here is where it gets funny, they said they can't give me a car as it is already rented!
In fact they are charging two people for the same car at the same day! and maybe more people are being charged for the same car everyday, who knows?! It is a good business for them!
