I love Icebreaker, I love this store, I love the staff - it's been a love affair for many years!! As a Kits girl for over 15 years, to this day I still don't own or have ever worn Lululemon. I'm an Icebreaker girl all the way, not just for athletic wear but also for everyday wear!! I love the feel of soft merino wool against my skin in all seasons, love their soft and flowy cool lite summer clothes, love that it's all natural, came from sheep who renew their resources constantly, so it feels good to support renewable resources. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful - often they go above and beyond. I especially love their life time sock guarantee!! I never have to buy socks again now that I own several pairs - once you go Icebreaker socks, you can never go back to anything else. They often have end of season clearance sale which is a great time to stock up.

Bought a week supply of underwear and socks!!! Great service. The warranty on the socks is lifetime if anything goes wrong. As an athlete I love the marina wool.

They really stand behind their brand, brought several (more than I even felt reasonable) garments back for their warranty program they honoured them all. Life long customer as a result.
