I concur with Chris Richards previous review) - good staff doing a potentially trying job quite well. Good communication, fair result. Relates to an accident causing my car to be written off.

Ok, very few people actually want to see the inside of a claim centre. Having said that, the two staff members we dealt with twice during the signing of the paperwork, and then the return to pick up items removed from the vehicle, were pleasant, kind, and willing to laugh with us as we got through this rather painful process. They made a horrible experience actually bearable, and we left laughing which I honestly didn't think we'd be doing. A very trying job well done.
