The venue is very clean, bright and well outfitted - love the artwork, a great deal of which is First Nations inspired. I was recently at a banquet here, where I found the staff very attentive and pleasant. For the price, I found the food underwhelming. But perhaps it was just my plate, as others enjoyed it very much. I've never stayed in the rooms here, so I cannot comment.

The Hyatt is one of the best hotels in the area I would consider it the best for the food especially. Great place for meetings for work are you even if you are visiting the city and need a place to stay. But I was there they were doing renovations but very considerate about the timings that they're doing them it didn't impact my days at all.

Staff was very helpful in organizing and helping with the events. They took of the cars and were very kind and giving as a host. Very attentive and welcoming. And everyone took the time to even just say hello! Big step in hospitality

The hotel was very nice inside, and the staff was amazing. The downside was they are doing work on the outside of the hotel, and the regular entrance is blocked off. The signs telling you where to go are on the side of the building and difficult to spot, especially in the evening.

Great venue for a conference. Next to the C-Train so getting downtown is easy. The food service was amazing. Best vegan selection I've seen in a long time.

Valet was totally worth it, huuuge TV in the king size bed room with a crazy awesome updated bathroom with a awesome shower. The pool and hot tub were amazing and I had them all to myself. Wifi was great once I got it working. Also very close to walking distance for many restaurants and the Calgary tower. Overall I had a great experience with Hyatt.

Underground parking in which to park to go check in. All of the meals have been very good. The potato skins are amazing. All the staff have been very nice beds comfy and big room. Smaller pool and weight room but still met our needs and had fun

This is our go-to hotel in Calgary. The location is perfect for accessing downtown. The room was clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had no issues at all during check in and check out.

Great place. So centered in downtown. Tower is just down the street. Close to all the shops with c train around the corner. Nice pool and hot tub. Great views all around. No breakfast but lots of cafes close by. If u want to see downtown calgary, best place to stay!!

Get hotel and a fantastic stay. Newly renovated rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Great management: offered us a quiet room far away from a bachelor's party. Didn't need it because soundproofing is good in between rooms. Even followed up the day after and offered to let us check out later. Great experience overall.

The building is nice and modern. Centrally located right on a Ctrain line and seconds from good eats and the Calgary Tower. I met up with friends here to start an adventure to go see the Flames at the Dome.

Very classy and luxurious hotel. Super friendly and eager to help staff. Beds are super comfortable which is the most important part of a hotel. The gym equipment is stocked nicely. It's not just a set of dumbells. They have a big variety of machines to suit every workout need. Parking is convenient and easy to use. The two restaurants downstairs are very nice and delicious. Overall great place to stay while in Calgary.

Such a beautiful hotel. Our room is big and very nice. The pool area is very clean and pretty. The hotel staff is very friendly. It's right down in the city and right on the train route.

The hotel did drop the ball on the room but made it right so I'm happy for that. The rest of the stay was great. Clean rooms, friendly service and good conference rooms. The meal I had at the hotel restaurant was awesome. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Calgary downtown.

First class accommodations in downtown Calgary. Located between the C train and the Stephen Ave, it's surrounding amenities cannot be beat. Had the two queen bed room and the room and bathroom were both very spacious, and extremely clean. No complaints here.
