Reasonable rooms with friendly room service. Location is very convenient. Right on highway. Can see the ski area from your window. Prices are also reasonable.

Room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was plentiful but definitely a carb load and a tremendous wait for the waffle iron and the toaster.

Nice hotel for the night. Rooms are clean, bathroom has a great size shower. Staff was very welcoming and nice. It was a bit noisy because it is right on a busy road, but that's the only thing I didn't like. It wasn't even that big of a deal for me.

Location is very good (best for going to Banff), near bus stop, walking distance to different fast food shops/restaurants, roofed parking, good wifi connection and clean rooms with reasonable service. However, the breakfast can be improved by adding at least a hot food option such as fried eggs.

The rooms weren't well kept up at all. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower and stains in the carpet. There was no bathtub, which can be a problem if you are traveling with small children. The breakfast was average. Despite the picture that pops up when you click on this hotel in maps, there is no pool. We wouldn't stay here again.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Charlie the manager or owner was very rude and didn't care that we made a mistake and then called immediately after making the booking. It goes to show how money hungry this owner is and how much he values customer service. After several attempts to request a refund, Charlie was very rude and has no care for anyone but to make money and rip people off. Stay away from this hotel! This was a business booking this reservation with multiple rooms and obviously Charlie doesn't care about returning business. He'd rather burn bridges and take the money and run.

Good location, easy to spot and pull into. Our single queen bed room was small, cozy and fairly comoftable. There was only a single person on staff during the day, but was extremely friendly. My only real complaint was the awkward room location. There is only one entrance and we had to walk across the entirety of the hotel every time we entered/left. As the hotel is entirely non-smoking that was quite a lot.

The service was really good. The staff was professional and genial & concerned with how comfortable I was. The front desk checked in on me after giving me some time to settle in & the ladies working in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful (even though I was late coming in).
The room was clean, the bathroom was very small. I was on the 2nd floor near the breakfast room & it was very busy all night & next morning. The walls are pretty thin.
