Tammi was very friendly and informative. We had our puppy Bella spayed, back dew claws removed due to a birth defect, urine check and micro-chipped the doctor explained the procedure and was patient with all my questions. The doctor called the next day to check up on Bella and we are super happy to have found Humberwood Animal Hospital!!

I took my dog charlie to this clinic for neuter.I was very nervous about surgery but staff at this clinic make me comfortable and Dr Sandhu explain procedure in detail and they call me to update about surgery.They really care about pets and price is very reasonable and no pressure sales.Tammi call for follow up of surgery .I strongly recommend Humberwood spay neuter clinic!!!

I had both my male cat and my female cat fixed at Humberwood Spay & Neuter on separate occasions and both times I was over the moon with their incredible level of care and professionalism. My male cat was well taken care of and recovered quickly. My female cat is very anxious and scared around new people and wouldn't come out of the crate so they didn't force her. They waited until she was sedated to examine her so she wouldn't have to be afraid of people handling her. They are so fantastic here and really care for all of the animals that come in and cater to their individual meeds. You can take your animals here knowing that you're getting a great price for an absolutely outstanding level of care.

I brought in my 3-year-old 60 pound hound-cross for spaying on March 18th. My initial experience starting at the first call with Tammi was highly positive- Tammi went through all the details and answered all my questions right away. I was able to book an appointment on that same call. The pricing was GREAT- I've called many places and was quoted around $800 and here I got away with half of that. The reviews were positive so I felt calm bringing in my baby.
Again I had a great experience with Tammi face-to-face. Tammi answered all my concerns. The vet did not push any extra products on me which I appreciated.
I picked up my baby a few hours later and she took about 12 hours to recover from the anesthesia. When picking her up she started bleeding a little, however the vet stopped the bleeding right away and the incident did not re-occur. The vet explained how to handle a re-occurrence. I loved that there were no stitches (used a glue of some sort?) and there was no need to remove anything later.
My dog resumed normal behavior after two days and is healing very well. Two weeks later she is completely back to normal physical activity and the scar is healing fast.

I appreciate all the care and attention, as well as the follow up call. A clinic like this is highly needed in the GTA area, where the prices for spaying are ridiculous.

I have been taking Charlie Brown to the Humberwood Spay Neuter clinic since we got him 2 years now. The customer service is amazing! The Vet and his colleagues are so considerate and helpful. We have always had a pet in our home for over 27 years and this clinic and the people there are by far the best vet family we've had! So proud to send all my family and friends to Humberwood Spay Neuter clinic. Thank you :)

The front desk are fabulous, they are lucky to have someone so caring . My experience with my dog getting spayed was not so fabulous . She had some excessive bleeding and was under approximately 20 min longer than usual. I had called twice during the following few days after surgery and git the office manager (vets wife) i don't feel my concerns were taken seriously . Frankly i would have expected a follow up call from the vet himself.i did receive a follow up call eventually 12 days post surgery. After i had taken Lexi to another vet to "fix"the incision. Add another $150 to my expense. That was my experience and i fully understand i didn't take her to a plastic surgeon but I felt like I took her to a butcher. Not thrilled with the aftercare .

I can't express how great my experience at the clinic was. Tammi was super helpful by answering my never ending questions and Doctor Sandhu was very professional and friendly. My puppy was spayed there and I know she was in great hands. I recommend Humberwood Spay Neuter Clinic to everybody that I know.
