  Professional, helpful and a world of knowledge Adam and his team were awesome from the very first call. Being a new (used) tub owner, you could only imagine the mounds of questions we had and there was an answer and suggestion for everyone of them! The pick up at the location went smooth as silk the delivery was prompt and carefully orchestrated The follow up was knowledgeable and professional I would recommend these guys to everyone actually i already have sent a colleague to them From delivery to repairs and installation this was an A1 first class job Thank you HTH You Rock and we will be seeing you again for sure.

  I can't say enough good things about Adam and his company. My husband had looked at used tubs before but was ecstatic to find a tub in such great condition with HotTub haulers. Not only did we save a lot of money but Adam's knowledge and service made a huge difference. We went from hesitating to buy a refurbished tub to it being a no-brainer. Adam made sure all was in perfect working order and has been there for every question along the way! Thank you Adam!

  I wish they also provided mechanic work, house cleaning, landscaping, plumbing, electrical. Unbelievable - really. Within moments of arriving unannounced at his door, I was off and running with a peculiar part for an old tub. With a "invoice in the mail" attitude. This is what service was meant to be. Makes me feel like a country boy again - neighbourhood contacts at its best.

  Adam and Matt(?) did two moves for us: taking away our old one, which was a beast, and moving a newer one in. Adam was excellent to deal with, very honest and professional. He was always accessible by cellphone "If I answer, you're not bothering me", and even after the work was done told me to phone any time with questions I may have. He has a wealth of knowledge on hot tubs and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Adam, I can see why you are so busy. All the best success to you.

  I am late in writing this, but I can't say enough good things about Adam and his crew. Great to deal with, prompt, courteous and really nice people. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam for all your hot tub needs.

  Great job moving that hot tub out my store front window, You made it look so easy. I appreciate you doing the dismantling of my window box and putting it back together for me. Adam you were very professional and in control, which helped me feel at ease.

  Impressive and super professional. Trouble shooting over the phone through a somewhat complex set of tasks and was able to diagnose to the point I was able to do the repair with his guidance!
