Lovely hotel with view of Mont Royal. Old style elegant from wood lined elevators to attentive service. The bed was devine with soft linens, we slept like angels. Not your glitzy, modern boutique, but refined and understated comfort with elegance. Coming back.

We had a suite on the 26th. Nice spacious size for 3 people at a reasonable price. The location is excellent. The free wifi worked well. The staff was wonderful. However, the walls are not well insulated so you could clearly hear conversation and noise from next door and the hallway. The furniture and furnishings are old. The toilet flushing system didn't work properly. They couldn't fix it despite several attempts so we had to put up with the annoyance. The pool/hot tub closed early one day for no reason when we tried to use it. Some of the TV channels flickered and are unwatchable, and they couldn't fix it.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfy. Upgraded room when we arrived. Had beautiful view. Staff were really nice. The valets were always friendly. The only unfortunate aspect were all the restaurants, amenities and in room dining etc were closed due to COVID still, But it was a nice stay none the less. Great restaurants near by and close to everything.

Nice hotel clean and comfy, good service. They made a mistake regarding the type of room we booked through expedia, but they quickly corrected that after check in. Stephen at reception desk was really helpful in making sure that everything was sorted out and all our needs are met. All other reception staff are also nice and helpful. Check out is also at 12 which is good if you had a long night before.
