  I live in Lavaltrie for 8 years. My municipal taxes have increased by 30% since I reside there. They charge us for a $ 1.5 million synthetic turf soccer field which makes no sense. They do not have fluvial sewer and in many sectors, the water table is approached on the sollage = sumpump which works 24/7/365 in addition the soil is stuffed with ocher ferrous, so the sumpump drop after 1 year even the best models The streets are all dilapidated In short, AVOID.
