  I wanted to congratulate you and the staff of Canada Rail for the fantastic service. we took the "trip of a lifetime" Vancouver to Halifax
  
  The trip was amazing. Canada is such a beautiful country with beautiful people. We were treated so well by everyone !
  
  You made is so easy to book, plan etc. I was totally impressed with all the planning and the documents you provided.
  They provided ALL the details and schedules we needed for a stress free vacation
  
  In my opinion, CANDA RAIL provides superior service. We certainly will tell any of our friends that want to make a trip to contact

  I would and have recommended this company to my friends and I would use it again if we ever return to Canada. From Toronto to Vancouver, we had an excellent trip and it was in large part due to the planning and preparation of this company.
  
  The quality of service was excellent and our every interaction with the staff and with Martin was top notch.
  
  Everything was handled prior to our trip and everything went smoothly on our trip. Prior to leaving we had a phone call from Canada Rail Vacations with a walk through of our itinerary. Each time I called they took the time to answer my questions and explain their answers.
  
  It was helpful when they spoke to us because they had obviously been on the same tours, trains and to the same places we were going to. Everyone had first hand experience and it showed in their answers and updates both prior and during our trip.
  
  During our trip we had a few questions. When we called they answered promptly, provided us the information we needed and followed up later. We felt well taken care of throughout our whole trip.
  
  I can post pictures of our smiling faces, lovely views, and amazing hotel rooms. What I can't post though is pictures that highlight our experience of dealing with Canada Rail Vacations. It is because of their service we were able to enjoy our time and relax and know we had help if we needed it.

  Due to Covid we waited three years to take this trip. We started in Vancouver, rode the Rocky Mountaineer to Banff, took VIA Rail to Toronto then on to Montreal, Quebec City and ended in Halifax. This trip was beyond wonderful. Great views from the Rocky Mountaineer, friendly people, great food. The ice fields, Niagara Falls, a little wine tasting in Niagara. The VIA Canadian was also great. Canada Rail hit it out of the park with hotel stays and the trains. We never could have planned such a vacation ourselves!

  Canada Rocky Mountains via Canadian Rocky Mountaineer Rail, booked through Canada Rail Vacations (CanadaRail.ca).
  
  We had planned this trip in December 2019 to be taken in July 2020. Of course other things happened like the Corona Virus. Our Booking Agent Dalton, was very accommodating getting us rescheduled to July 2021. But, the Pandemic continued and Canada’s borders were still not open to United States citizens yet. Again Dalton got us moved to September 2021. All was looking good and we were excited.
  
  We were fully vaccinated and had our PCR Covid-19 testing within 72 hours and were all set. Then plane problems occurred switching us to a later plane without our baggage. That delayed us by a day and missing the 72 hours to enter into Canada. At this point Dalton was very encouraging, saying you are already this close, let’s see what we can do while you get retested.
  
  Dalton Feltham (Vacation Planner) of Canada Rail Vacations and General Manager Martin Flanagan went out of their way to get us on the next Mountaineer trip that left three days later. They constantly kept us updated, letting us know how things were working out. The next problem seemed to be getting us hotel rooms along the route and rescheduling us on the tours. They even told us they might have to let us know about our next hotel while in route. But, they got it all done and sent us a complete itinerary before we left.
  
  We can’t thank Dalton and Martin enough for all their exceptional work in making our dream vacation workout for us! They have been outstanding and we would recommend Canada Rail Vacations (CanadaRail.ca) to all.

  From the day I heard from Martin from Canada Rail regarding organizing our Rotary and friends trip to Vancouver from Banff on the Rocky Mountaineer he and his company were quick to organize, quick to respond to any passenger questions/concerns. Remember, we travelled during COVID, a time when no one knew from one day to the next what would happen. Martin and his staff were always there for constant updates. Canada Rail Vacations have an excellent reputation with the staff on the Rocky Mountaineer. Our group was very well taken care of. Martin and Spencer (one of his staff members) were in Banff the night before, met and chatted with the passengers, in general had a great evening. Martin and Spencer were also on the platform early the next morning to wave us off. I know it was a very emotional morning for Martin. Not knowing what his business of 25 years is going to look like. COVID played havoc on many businesses, including Canada Rail Vacations. They fought and they won. Canada Rail is still in business. You will not meet a more humble person than Martin. This is a trip of a lifetime. Put it on your bucket list. Call Martin and his Staff at Canada Rail and I KNOW you will be in good hands. This is not my first journey with Canada Rail Vacations. I am looking forward to my next adventure with Canada Rail Vacations.

  My husband and I had the pleasure of booking travel with Canada Rail Vacations for the Gold Leaf excursion via Calgary, Alberta to Vancouver, British Columbia onboard the Rocky Mountaineer. The quality of service was excellent. The food and beverage service was not only delicious but the presentation was 5 star. There are no words to describe the beauty that surrounded us as we travelled through the Rocky Mountains. The staff onboard the train were delightful and very informative as they educated us on the history and nature while we journeyed through the beauty. A trip of a lifetime! Thank you Canada Rail Vacations for making our dream come true.

  We have travelled with Canada Rail Vacations twice and have been extremely happy each time.
  Canada Rail Vacations staff were very pleasant to deal with and very efficient at getting the required paperwork to us ahead of time.
  
  Our first trip with Canada Rail Vacations was on Rocky Mountaineer from Jasper to Whistler and on down to Vancouver.The trip itself was amazing, the staff on the Rocky Mountaineer were very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make sure their guests had everything they needed.The seats were comfortable, the food was fantastic and the scenery out of this world. It was a once in a lifetime experience.
  
  Our second trip with Canada Rail Vacations was on VIA RAIL from Edmonton to Halifax. What a great adventure that was! Sleeping on the train was new to us and we enjoyed it very much. The hotels we stayed in along the way were wonderful and the whole trip was a great relaxing way to see our beautiful country. The staff on VIA RAIL were super and were very eager to please.
