  I'm very happy I got referred to these guys. Excellent service; Yuri was done exactly on time, and he even showed me how to properly maintain my furnace/AC systems and then got me to understand how to get my humidifier working again. Price was very reasonable, too, and they even sprayed the ducts with oregano anti-microbial/bacterial spray so I don't get dust mites (eww). He even made sure my cats would not be disturbed during the process which was even better. Thanks very much, Hot Pepper Team!! Will call you again soon!

  From the initial telephone interaction with Cliff to get the initial quote, Hot Pepper met and exceeded our expectations! Our technician, Yuri, was friendly, knowledgeable, and absolute joy to chat/work with. We highly recommend Hot Pepper and are very satisfied customers! We certainly will be looking for that same "spice" again when booking our next furnace and duct cleaning! A little "seasoning" when it comes to customer service is certainly what is keeping the team at Hot Pepper miles ahead of the competitionThanks guys keep up that heat!

  Friendly staff, ontime and professional. Less expensive than other companies and I will continue to go back to Hot Pepper Furnace for my furnace cleaning. I have used them twice already.

  I booked a cleaning through Cliff on the phone. He was friendly and provided clear description of the work that will be done and the cost. Yuri (the tech) arrived ON TIME as per scheduled appointment. He was friendly and professional. The cleaning took about 2 hours and we purchased the package that required the most work. Highly recommend this business and will be a repeat customer.

  I've hired Hot Pepper on two occasions - once for my rental property last year and today for our home. We were completely satisfied both times. The technician, Yuri, called me this morning and asked if he could come a couple hours early (when are service people ever early??). The bill was cheaper than the quote I was given over the phone which was a nice surprise and the technician was very friendly.

  These guys were punctual, well prepared and really took the time to do a good quality job. I have experienced many furnace cleaning services where they are in and out in 20 minutes, dust ends up everywhere and you can't breathe for the next two days. I felt like I was breathing fresh air instead of coughing and sneezing for the next two days. I must say for the low price they were offering I was skeptical but I'm so happy I chose to go with them.
