  Al was gracious and kind when I first called to say that my heating was not working. I'd arrived home--in the midnight hours of Sunday morning--after a few days away and could not initially understand why the house was so cold. Once I figured out that the boiler was the problem, Al was professional and prompt as we moved to "next steps." Jesse arrived on Monday morning, diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix. It kept the house warm until Jesse arrived (prompt, professional, gracious) this morning (Friday) with the correct part. Our experience with Home Comfort Canada has always been very good. We recommend them highly. They've kept our air conditioners running for years.
