Great customer service. I called on Saturday and they were able to fit us in for Monday. Service Technician Nick arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose our issue promptly. Affordable rates for the service. Upfront about quotes and cost. We would recommend to others.

Diagnosed my broken washing machine quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. Had to order a part which came within a day or two and my machine was fixed by weeks end! Employees were nice, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. Would use again.

Tech was originally scheduled to come on Friday, there was some sort of miscommunication and we reschedule for Saturday morning. I was annoyed because I had missed swimming waiting for him, but oh well. He showed up on time Saturday and I was impressed with the service, diagnosis. He had the part that was needed on hand and had my machine back up and running again quite quickly. But.today it is raining, he didn't have those disposable slippers, I have hardwood floors and I unfortunately need to clean my floors now, which I'm not happy about. So, if this review was about just the service to my washer, it would have been a 5 star review. But the rescheduling and leaving my floors in a mess is the reason for the 4. Please invest in those disposable slippers for this time of year.

The service I have received from Simplyfix has been exceptional! Recently my dryer needed service. Then two weeks later my washer stopped working, so I called them again. They have responded quickly and made repairs efficiently. Nick, the serviceman who came both times, was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and informative. (I like to understand what’s happening.). I absolutely recommend this company for appliance repairs.
