Terrible!!! My wife and I drove 8hrs to get down to Sarnia and had a room booked. Once we arrived they did not allow us to stay because I do not have a credit card. I was completely willing to pay up front with a security deposit by debit card but I was told there policy required a credit card and there was no other way to do it. Debit Visa was not accepted.

Not the worst but extremely far from being the best.
Regular cheap looking rooms and old carpets.
They can't even manage to have real eggs at their breakfast restaurant.

Attended a wedding reception here. The hall itself was nice. There was a power outage during the reception. The wedding party had to beg for them to continue serving and thought of solutions for the staff so they could accomodate. They seemed keen on shutting down the event early but were pursuaded to let the party go on. Rooms were clean and staff were able to help out when a friend forgot his suit in the closet.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Attended a wedding at this location. Wedding was beautiful but I have never had such terrible service at a wedding reception. Dinner took 3 hours to several and a few tables were forgotten. By the time the main was served it was ice cold. We had chosen between 3 dishes on our RSVP but the kitchen only served one main so everyone got the same. Potatoes came out of a box and were dry. If you are looking for a clean comfortable overnight stay I would recommend. But if you are looking for a venue you definitely do not want this

Nice but dated. No outlets at bedside tables for charging devices. Very comfortable bed and linens. Carpets need to be updated to hardwood or ceramic or something that doesn't age as badly as carpet does. Very close to US bridge. Nice but needs an makeover.

We had an organizational meeting in the Canatara room. The service was excellent, and the food was great. We had done challenges with the room temperature. Overall was a great day and a good facility. The Holiday Inn had always been good to our organization.

Very clean and modern rooms in the tower. Staff seems very knowledgeable and friendly. I had my doubts because of other Holiday Inns I have stayed in in the past but this one was very nice in comparison.

I stayed here for 2 weeks on a recent business trip and had a great experience. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I stored a few bag with the hotel for the weekend when i flew home, and when i returned they had already put them in my room. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were very good.
