Don’t shop here. Perhaps the worst service I’ve experienced anywhere. I am just a university student with my share of struggles. As such my mother paid for the cannabis that I ordered at this location. It took five days for their online system to process the order and after I finally showed up for my order they refused to serve me on the basis that I couldn’t provide « proof of consent » that it was paid for by my mother. I offered numerous legal proofs of consent but they changed the requirement to an impossible and illegal standard. They asked for the full banking information of my mother. I told them this wasn’t possible beyond the fact that my mother is too technologically inept to do that from the family home 200 kilometres away. I was also on the phone with my mother at this point to help solve the issue and yet the employee didn’t care. At this point the woman behind the register was talking down to me, she was ridiculing me and when I asked her to stop because she was amplifying my anxiety(what I medicinally use cannabis for). The cashier didn’t care about my mental health in that moment or in the long term, preferring to ridicule me in front of around eight other customers and two more staff. I was refused service because this employee didn’t care about the legal process of purchase and because she didn’t know how to treat a patron with decency.

Staff seems very nice and was very helpful! Nice location with parking. Just don’t go here for edibles, they carry nothing over 10mg. That won’t even get my cat high
