  No problems, car was good and service friendly. The snow tires on the front were worn down to the wear bars and really should be replaced even if it's close to end of season, otherwise would have been 5 stars.

  When I tried to bring up a problem with the insurance of my rental car, I was told that I was the one who was "uninformed" and they did not offer any help or solutions. I talked to many different customer services reps from Hertz and they told me the complete opposite from what the manager told me on the phone. They do not know how to handle customer service or how to handle customer complaints. Instead, they became defensive and I felt like I was being blamed. I did not feel like I was being listened to or made a priority. I was told that I could call back the following day with no issues, and when I did, they told that me that it was now "too late" to try and solve my problem.

  Do not do business with Hertz if you think you will need to have any communication with them during or following your rental. I tried for a month before deciding to post this here.
  
  We booked a car online with the Quebec Airport in May. Reservation was for three days in July.
  
  Showed up at Hertz Quebec Airport and was quoted a different price than the confirmed reserved price. Hertz employee told me it was because the airport has a special fee, which makes no sense since the reservation was made for that location. I showed the rep the email with the confirmed price but he still said that's the way it was.
  
  Rented and returned the car, paid, left feedback using their online form.
  
  The branch manager emailed me on August 4 asking about the feedback. I replied on August 4 with details about the price difference.
  
  I have still not heard back from the branch manager or anyone from Hertz.
  
  I followed up with two emails in August. I contacted Hertz through Facebook. I emailed the Hertz Care Team directly, and I received an automatic email on August 19 saying they would get back to me in 3-5 business days. It is now August 27 and I have heard nothing.
