The best venue for our wedding! The Heritage Park team were fantastic to work with leading up to, during and after our wedding. The venue is picturesque with so many amazing spots for photos. We lucked out with a perfect fall day in late September.

The food was delicious. The format of our day was perfect: 3pm photos, 5:30pm family formals, 6:30pm ceremony, 8:00pm dinner.

My only complaint was that it went by too quickly.

Thank you so much, to the Heritage Park team!!

Always love coming here. The old rides, the candy shop, the old boardwalk. A great day with the family. Grab lunch at the hotel and some buns from the bakery. Ride the train. Check out the little plays they have around the park. All around a good time. We even had our wedding here. They took care of everything. Amazing food! Great service. And the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I recently hosted a client event at Heritage Park. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. They were organized, very knowledgeable and really wanted my clients and I to have a great experience. I will definitely host an event here again.

Simply amazing. The train ride and boat rides are a must.

The staff and "actors" at the houses are amazing and very warming people.

Last but not least The incredible cinnamon buns at the bakery with cream cheese. Just wow.

Awesome place! So much to do! The rides were quaint and fun for littler kids. Great family location. Definitely would come back next time we're in Calgary.

I love it here. Plenty of reading and guides for the history buffs and rides for the less interested. You can walk and enjoy the park and exhibits as well as treat yourself to a bakery treat, candy store, and restaurant. If you check out the bakery make sure to try the cinnamon buns with the cream cheese icing and the sour dough bread.

This place was great to show what the Canadian community was like in years past. Lots of informational stuff plus interesting things to do (old style fair ground, paddle steamer, steam train ride all included in the entry fee, which itself is very reasonable). Make sure you have a full day (or maybe two) to visit. We spent half a day and unfortunately didn't get to see all of the attractions.

I have given five stars but this place is worth more.
What a lovely end to our holiday.
The entrance fee may sound on the high side but everything is included, which is brilliant.

The food, ice cream and drinks were sold at a very low price and for a change they did not advantage of the customers.
Some of the staff are volunteers and every single one made our visit a beautiful one.

What a brilliant day out and I cannot recommend this place enough.

It's expensive, but that's pretty much the only downside in my opinion. There is so much to do and to learn here. Everyone is in costume from the time period and the houses are well maintained. The rooms give you glimpses into the life of the era. The rides are classics and so simple, the train is so impressive as well. Don't forget to visit the antique candy shop, or ice cream parlour. If you're in to ghost stories there's plenty to be had here as well, with many houses being featured in ghost stories of Alberta/ Canada books. Definitely a place to check out.

Great historical park, but if you are looking at a family pass, it's good to know that they are priced for families that make over $80,000 as their target market in case you are wondering why the family passes are so expensive. They tell the volunteers that during orientation. Has lots of family activities that are great for a large variety of ages. Great place to volunteer.

The old trucks cars at the Heritage Park museum are for sure worth the visit to this park - even during the cold winter!! The restaurant had amazing food and service as well. I can't wait to go back in the summer time! There was fun for all ages in my family, toddler to grey hairs! :)

A fun place to take the family. The working Steam trains and paddle wheeler cruise are highlights. The vintage midway is great entertainment for young kids, and the animal displays are fun too. The good could be better. They started charging for parking this year.

A place to spend one full day. Museums are very informative. Seen so many vintage cars for the first time, and all of them well maintained and look brand new. Outside it filled with fun. Train ride - do not miss
