When I deposited a cheque the lady at the counter (last name Bracko) argued that I shouldn't come in and that I should photo deposit my cheques with a picture so I just nicely told her I prefer the old fashion way and she said well it's faster and you don't have to come down here. I do what I want thank you. Financial advisor Mary Jane messed up some preferences on my account and decided to change from a student to full time worker without my knowing so that was a nice surprise and my current financial advisor will not answer my e-mails and when she does they do not make sense. I will be changing banks..

Teller services can sometimes be slow but I have always found the staff to be attentive and courteous in any of my dealings with the branch.

I recently posted a rather scathing review about my experience at the Scotiabank Midnapore Branch, in Calgary. Subsequently, I had a meeting with the branch manager and a financial adviser. They were very proactive about the current situation and it was effectively addressed. Because of these two people, their level of customer service and dedication, made it so that all previous complications and difficulties were professionally and reasonably resolved.

Given my experience, I would fully recommend Scotiabank in Midnapore.
