  I really needed to take care of some issues with my printer and my PC. I was very satisfied with the service i received. Victor and Chris and Jack worked so well with me. They were very; patient with me.

  Jessica and Amelia spent a total of about 3 hours this afternoon 'healing' my ThinkPad. They were patient, explained everything so I could understand what was happening and totally professional. If / when my laptop needs 'healing' again, I hope I can work with them. They get gold stars for their work today. Big thank you to both of them.

  Please be aware that my my contact with the very knowledgeable, efficient, cut to the chase and exemplary "Amelia" was beyond compare. As your organizations customer representative, I found her to be quite the constructive experience in every respect. In my opinion, Amelia is definitely to be considered a major asset to your organization. Her expertise, patience and understanding of my difficulties was extremely perceptive and right on the money. Her efforts were tireless and she was always very patient with me considering my rudimentary knowledge and understanding of my difficulties. Kudos to her and please know that you are surely fortunate to have Amelia in your employ, now and always !

  I am not comfortable working with technology and often have a problem and don't know who to go to for help. Today in my call to Hello Nerds service for help with a new printer, I was introduced to 2 very patient service people. Both Chris and David were extremely patient and walked me through a lot of steps to resolve a series of issues. Due to the current 'work-at-home' situation I needed a resource I can count on to help. I know who I can call for whatever help I need. It is much appreciated. Lisa
