I don't even know where to start!! The team at Heartland is amazing. They have been taking care of our dogs for a few years now. Our black lab was diagnosed with cancer last December. The team was right beside us through surgery, chemo, follow up appointments and especially when she lost her battle! They have always taken time to answer our questions and give advice. We now have a new puppy and a senior dog. I can't even imagine having another team in charge of their health and well being. We have recommended them many times and will continue to do so!

I love the heartland vet, they are the only vet that I trust with my 3 cats. One of my resent experiences my senior cat Wendy was booked to have knee surgery. Before the surgery the vet advised to put her on a arthritis supplement. The supplement changed her world, Wendy went from not being able to jump off a chair, being carried up and down the stairs, no longer jumped or played to Running, jumping, she walks up and down the stairs with ease, and she loves to play again. We were able to cancel the surgery as her knee went back to the correct place. Heartland vet changed my cat Wendy's life.

They have been looking after my pets for years. They are freindly, dedicated and professional. They are always happy to answer my questions. They take the time with the animals that are nervous, skittish and reactive. They do what they have to do to make the animal comfortable. They think outside the box!

I strongly recommend Dr. George, Dr. Jody and all the Heartland Team.

Took both our dogs there for routine check up and shots. We also had a concern with one of our dogs having hip or knee problems. After some X-rays Dr. George recommended surgery for our pooch. We booked the surgery and dropped our dog off for the procedure. We got a call a few hours later saying that they decided not to do the surgery. After another set of X-rays with the dog sedated, George was able to determine it was too early and didn't want to put the dog through the process before she had too. Long story short, they are not a money grab and they act in the best interest of your animal. Unfortunately we moved away to Ontario so we can't continue to use Heartland, but if we ever come back to Alberta I have no question what bet we would see!

An excellent veterinary facility. Clean and inviting, friendly & helpful staff.
Veterinarians are knowledgeable, listen to your concerns and gently and thoroughly examine your pet. They willingly take their time to explain things to you and accept follow up phone calls. In an emergency situation your pet is seen promptly.
The Clinic staff are well trained, helpful and definitely love animals.
I have been dealing with vet clinics in various Canadian cities over the past 40+ years and Heartland Airdrie outshines them all. Thank you to all the clinic staff for being there!

The veterinarians at Heartland are the best. They will treat your beloved pet with the same level of care they give their own animals. This clinic acknowledges that pets are family members. The staff is loving and caring and the veterinarians are some of the best in the Calgary area. Heartland may not be the cheapest clinic around, but the level of knowledge and experience means a quicker and more accurate diagnosis of problems. Two friends and I have all had correct treatment here for our dogs after wasting money and time with other vets.

LOVE this VET!!!!! All of the staff are fantastic!!! They are knowledgeable and are always helpful. I have a dog that was scared at the vets and could be uncooperative. Through work from myself and all the staff at Heartland she is much better for her visits. They took the time to do practice exams and just plain old treat visits. Now she can't wait to get out of the car when we get there! 5 stars aren't enough.

I highly recommend entrusting Dr. George and crew when it comes to helping you with your pets. I wanted a doctor and team that truly cared for my pets and showed compassion while providing the best care possible. They always exceed my expectations. I am never rushed and can ask as many questions s necessary. I feel like we are true partners in animal care. Kudos to this fabulous team!

We researched around for alternative procedures for spays for our puppy. We found Heartland as they had the technology of laser to do the cutting for the surgery. This was to decrease healing time. Even though Heartland is not our regular vet office they still provided excellent service for the spat and follow up after surgery.

Dr. Georghe is an amazing vet. The entire staff is wonderful and friendly but I'm amazed with Dr. Georghe. He is affectionate and takes time with my Rottweiler. He's given me tips on training and is very understanding when I have a butt load of questions. My pup didn't even know he was getting shots and a physical because of how well he was handled.
The neuter was more expensive than other quotes, but owners who complain about that sort of thing and say it ruins their whole experience just goes to show not everyone has the same standards for their pets. My pup healed extremely quickly, never seemed to be in pain, and didn't even require a cone because of the laser they use during the surgery.

I love this place. It's worth the drive from Calgary. Don't let cheap and bitchy pet owners deter you!

Nothing but care and compassion from my experience with my cat! My own vet could not get me in after working hours and they did! My cat had to sadly be put down, but it was done with utmost care and professionalism! I highly recommend this place! Simon my cat was adopted from there 13 yrs ago, he was back there to leave this world. Full circle! Kind and compassionate care!

Had a great experience here. My dog was quite ill and both the vet and the vet tech were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and understanding, gave me options of care for my pet in lieu of finances. I especially appreciated the help of the vet tech taking the time to hand write the instructions to all the meds and timing for my dog. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation. Thanks again.
