We come from Calgary to arrowhead. Absolutely the best experience we have had with a vet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They care about the animals, give options, and Greta service. I can't truly comment on price but for the most part I believe they have reasonable prices.

A few weeks later: Wow!!! A big big thank you to the Arrowhead Veterinary Centre staff in Cochrane for taking such amazing care of my dog today. He had bad breath and seriously needed work done. He only lost one molar and has sparkly white teeth! He didn't even really wanted to come home with me and turned back to go back in, when he got outside..that to me is a good sign! June 16th was our last visit at Arrowhead and as always was a good experience. I have a large fearful/aggressive dog so going just about anywhere is a struggle. Everyone at Arrowhead knows how to interact with my Wallace and they are very good about getting him in a room so he is not so wound up. They also make sure "the coast is clear" for us to leave. There is never any judgement only encouragement. I have worked with many trainers, taken many classes and spent endless hours trying to improve his behaviour. I appreciate all the staff at Arrowhead especially Julie and Dr Sylvia who seem to be the ones who have the PLEASURE of seeing Wallace the most. Thank you.

Got our 10 puppies their first vaccinations and check ups here they were awesome and made sure they answered all our questions. Made sure we knew when to come back and what to watch out for. Very knowledgeable and very friendly

We were traveling West with our two dogs and one of them was 17 years old. The last few weeks had been really hard for him.

Being on the road, it's always hard to find a good vet that you can trust to give you the real details on your pets medical needs. So many vets take advantage of people's good hearts.

The vets at Arrowhead told me I had to make a decision That what ever they would give him might actually hurt him on the other side.

They were so nice in their approach. Very professional.

A few days later I took the hard decision to help my poor little one get on the other side. Once again the vets and their assistants were gentle and really helped make that hard decision easier on us and on my dog.

Thank you so much for being human and caring for all our pets and well as your client's feelings.

I have been to Arrowhead Veterinary Center 3 times in the last month. Every time I had excellent service. Staff and doctors are very professional & attentive. They truly have a love for animals. I even received a phone call after my second visit to see how my dog was doing after having to go on antibiotics. The clinic exceeded my expectations and I consider myself & my dog lifelong clients. :)
