They charged 1.5hrs to diagnose a missing turbo rod and then wanted to charge 1 hrs to replace it. I did myself in in just over a minute.

They lack client service. They took my car for a Recall and nobody offered to give me a car while it was being fixed. I had to rent a car for over a week costing me $635.78 and they didn't even offer to pay for it although they told me the repairs would only take 5 hours. Terrible to deal with them. These guys are making a terrible name for BMW. You're better off getting an Audi or Mercedes!

The service team always takes care of me, from the receptionnist to the appointment process, I know they are doing their best. My service conseiller Mr. Patel tells me the truth about repairs. Work done on the car is always prompt and well done, mechanics are professional. Am never disappointed.
