First time ever rank on google but I need to tell this is a Horrible clinic. The doctor is good however the front desk lady called Ariana(not sure if I got this right) is horrible with her attitude. First, it took two month to refer me to an OB. Second, when you just want to ask her a simple question she would not willing to help you and hang up the phone directly. This is unbelievable and don't know why the manager still keep her there.

Its a great location! Doctor's pharmacy together saves a lot of time. Pharmacy also has drop off service. I am happy to have this kind of personalized service close to home. Now I dont have to go to those walk in clinics where you not only have to wait hours, but doctors tell you that they can only treat one illness per visit.

Dr. Teng is incredibly rude and seems overall lazy. She refused to give me a referral for blood work that I needed. She continuously complained that she doesn't want to deal with this and my family doctor should be doing this despite the fact that I explained to her that my family doctor recently closed her practice. She then forced me into other blood work that I did not need and is not covered by OHIP. I'm overall shocked with the service I received from this doctor.

Message to all vendors: beware of these guys! We provided them with our services, and they haven’t paid us for the work we completed. We have been waiting months for our, and still haven’t received it. Don’t deal with Hayyan for any reason – chances are, you won’t get paid!
