The worst experience ive ever had! They are extremely rude. I had a gift card from my daughter for my birthday and they refused to accept it unless i would show the receipt. Also the person who did my botox injection was disgustingly rude and pushed me to get 50 units when i only asked for 25 units. NEVER EVER GO TO THAT PLACE!

very poor reception skills. I felt frustrated when the receptionist refused to get a message for the doctor. I never met the doctor, however first step really not inviting.

I have had several treatments at the Lonsdale Clinic, botox, filler & T3 laser treatment. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my skin treatments going forward. The professionalism and warmth I have experienced each time has been amazing. The detailed information that both the Doctor & the staff have provided me with in regards to options and what treatments would be right for me has been invaluable and I have never felt like I've been up sold on treatments. I feel lucky that I found this exceptional clinic. I highly recommend them.

I have been treated at the Lonsdale Clinic a number of times over the last three years. First of all you are welcomed in the beautifully decorated environment! The staff are very very polite, welcoming and extremely helpful. I was seen by Dr Payne who has answered all my questions and recommended only those treatments that I felt comfortable with: she never pushes extras and I never came out looking like a frozen statue. The dermal filler as well as the botox, were much more effective than the treatments I had done in another clinic in Switzerland and Brazil. Dr. Payne's product lines are also carefully chosen and her daily skin treatment recommendations are meeting my every expectation. Well done!!!!!!

Absolutely excellent! Great service, very patient with someone like me new to laser. Everything was explained, no surprises. I had a little mole that the tech wasn't sure about and the doctor immediately came to have a look. It wasn't a problem but it was nice to have a doctor in charge.
