  Clean and comfortable building, stylish in its way. Guards may be a bit too vigilant but perfectly polite and professional. Good staff.

  Excellent experience!
  Security was polite and courteous.
  Staff had a positive and friendly attitude both times I was here, as well I found them to be very helpful.
  Service was efficient, the wait was minimal even though they were busy.
  I would definitely recommend booking an appointment.
  My only disappointment was each time here I paid for an hour and fifteen minutes parking.
  In total I overpaid by an hour and forty minutes.
  Though I would caution, Better safe than sorry.

  We were directed by staff at the Harry Hays building to book online or call or book an appointment for urgent travel. We called and stayed online for thirty minutes only for the service personnel to tell us ‘you have to buy a ticket and call us for an appointment’ and he hang up. I thought that was really rude. That’s not the Canada I know where most people are polite on and off the job and especially when he is being paid with the very taxes I pay as well. Anyway my Friday was going well until he answered my call at 2pm.sigh.
