Harrison Lakeview Resort is a very modern hotel with very spacious rooms. The room we stayed in had 4 beds total so you can share the room with many guests to bring the costs down. Since the town is small, nothing is really far away and so this resort is very convenient whether you're going to the lake, for food or to the public hot springs. Parking cost here is 5 bucks a night and the management was nice enough to let us check out late without an added fee. The only downside to this place would be that there is no pool or spring inside so you will have to pay 10 dollars to use the public springs.

Exceeded my expectations. The room was much bigger than the pictures make it out to be. Would decently recommend

The place is beautifully situated and very modern. Lots of space, but NO amenities, not even central air. No pool, no restaurant, only some dirty bbqs on the rooftop. Definitely no spa. If you are looking for a clean place that has everything workingthis is not it. Carpet needs cleaning, and so do the walls, doors, and switches. The bathroom had three lights (shower, tub, and one above sink) that were not working. There is no toaster, and no hairdryer in the master bath, only in the small one. The towels, although plenty, left much to be desired in quality. One had a hole in it. Bring your own liquid soap, if that is what you use in the bathroom. They only have a very small bar. The kitchen "dish soap" is actually regular bath soap. Not enough paper towels, but the toilet paper was plenty. Tissue supply was dwindling. We felt it was way overpriced. If these issues are of no concern, you will enjoy your stay here very much. The views are stunning, the lake is very close, and so are all the shops. The walks around the Miami river and the neighborhood were amazing.

Attended a corporate retreat there. While they don't have a dedicated meeting space, the fourth floor rooms have a loft and accommodated our group of 20. The common areas of the condos were very spacious. Rooftop patio is a great place to get some sun on a nice day!

Beauty view from the rooftop deck. Our room was clean and the manager was friendly. We want to come back in the summer.

Worst than one star. One star is just for location. I don't understand how they named resort. It is not even hotel. May be he spare few rooms in the apartment. It was so noisy all night. When we went there no one was available at front desk. I had to call them.

Such a waste of money. In same amount I can spend night in 5 star hotel like fairmount.

Honestly if I could give this place a zero I would. This is not a resort or anything like a hotel. The amount I paid I would have expected it to be a 4 star resort with some service. No bell boy or maid service. Somebody mentioned before this place is not prepared. He showed me the room but chairs were on the table and trash cans on the toilet. My nieces thought the bath tubs were dirty. Also you have to pay $5.00 cash per night for parking which doesn't make sense. The gate to the garage is suppose to open at 8am but we waited and called but no one would let us out. I was trying to leave this dump so I could go to a real resort and spend my money. Anyways I had to wait for them to open their garage door. I would not recommend anything in this town save your money and drive somewhere else.

Overall experience was good. The living room is well set up and the bathrooms are really clean. Also central like central to everything in Harrison Hot Springs. The small downsides are the kitchen is missing some supplies like strainers. Also when we arrived, there were some garbage left by previous tenants and the dishes weren't clean. We called them and they were quick to clean up, but it left a slightly disgusting taste in the mouth arriving to a resort that wasn't initially clean. But otherwise it was good.

    Photo is view to outside.

Worse Hotel ever! The hotel is pretty new and close to the beach. However, the customer service is very very bad. The place is not clean at all. Carpet is dirty and the fan is full of dust.

We also found a dirty underwear inside the bed ( YES, it is a underwear between the flat sheet and the bed ). And they denied it was because of their poor cleaning job and tried to blame on us ( the guests ). Think about who on a vacation will create such a story to ruin the trip with the kids.

The building manager was really really rude and tried to blame everything on the guests but him. He also lie about everything, he told us he is the owner which is not. He also told us could not do the refund and eventually he did it after a long time argument.

They do zero room service, so if you are lucky that don't have to deal with the building manager, then maybe you will have a good stay, but if not, then you will end up very disappointed.
