Although I appreciated that my dog was allowed, the room I was given smelled very bad and kept me awake almost the whole night.

Very rustic with 90's decor, excellent cleanliness and we got a discount since we were arriving late after a concert and leaving early! Very friendly
The only thing I would have changed is to put blinds in so that the light from parking lot wouldn't shine in directly.

Don't stay here!
First of all, we were not greeted very nicely but more of an inconvienence of his time. As guests staying at this motel, you'd think you'd want to have a more friendlier and more welcoming greeting.
Our room was great, perfect size and the kitchenette was pretty neat. But everything was so outdated. The bed was old and springy, and it was REALLY sandy between the sheets as if they had not been washed in a while. There were stains all over the bedding and rugs. The kitchen utensils were also dirty.
The walls and roof were COVERED in spider webs and we killed 9 HUGE spiders! Around the bottom of the toilet was wrapped in webs and the tub had scum built up around it in the colour of blackened rust. The room also smelt damp and musty. The list goes on.
Yeah this motel was cheap, but you'd think you'd take more care of your rooms if you want guests to return. Give it a shot, but I'm sure there are better places that are a bang for your buck.
The choice is yours.

Dirty place to stay! Shower had long hairs all over the tile from previous customers. Shower faucet leaked on the floor. Nasty splatters all over the wall. Was not impressed.

Not exactly luxurious and modern but very good prices and all the basic amenities you really need. I've stayed there several times and love the convenient location on the Old Hope Princeton Highway and close to Manning Park.
