You never feel satisfied leaving these places after purchase. All trailer places in general. Nice large indoor showroom.

Hourly rate is crazy expensive for service. Parts are helpful but your better off doing the work you self or getting a place like western RV to do it because the rate here and at woodys RV are just crazy.

I had a good experience buying a travel trailer from here. Darcy was helpful, prompt & followed up within a nice timeline. The finance department & management went out of their way to complete all tasks I requested. I would buy from here again.

Bought an holiday trailer on Monday. The staff was professional and courteous from the time we walked in. Had a good cup of coffee in hand before I even looked at the merchandise. No pressure, no hassle, just a positive and enjoyable experience. Our salesman, Devin was phenomenal. Explained all of the ins and outs of the unit and he was more concerned with making us happy rather than commission. Devin really knew his sh stuff!! He was able to answer all of my questions, and if he didn't know, he didn't try and BS, he researched. Can't wait to pick the unit up on Saturday! Thanks to everyone at Happy Trails! Outstanding!!!

We set out on our Alaska trip from Texas and of course developed a few problems including a jack that would not fully retract and an alarm that would not silence. After several days of gritting our teeth we pulled in to Happy Trails RV Sales and Service on a Saturday 15 minutes before they closed. The tech diagnosed the problem as a leaking seal. Although Happy Trails could repair the problem we would have to wait at Grande Prairie a week or more for parts to be delivered. We did not want to delay our trip. The tech reassured us that the jack would not descend completely and could still be used. He disconnected the touch pad to silence the alarm and showed us how to reconnect it when we needed to extend the jacks. We would have gladly paid for this service but were told no charge. Thank you Happy Trails for helping us go on for our RV trip of a lifetime.

Highly recommend. My husband works in Alberta, but lives in BC. He needed some work done on his trailer; Happy trails got him in for an assessment ASAP so he could get home as soon as possible for his days off. Super friendly staff, great prices, all around great place!

These guys have the best selection of quality RV's, probably in western Canada and all inside a massive indoor showroom that is full of 100+ rv's so matter the time of year you can grab a coffee and view them
In comfort. The service dept has 17 or 20 bays or something full of qualified techs. The parts dept usually has over a million in inventory, so the likely have what you need. This is a locally owned family Buisness that gives back to the community!response / report this review -

We are traveling from South Dakota, USA to Alaska. We had a wheel come off our 5th Wheel which damaged our steps and some of the body of the camper. I called Happy Trails in the morning after and was told to come right over and someone would look at it. We were taken care of by Travis. They had new steps in stock and was able to straighten out the body around wheel and door. We were on the road again by 2:00 that same day!! Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would recommend Happy Trails RV to anyone!
