Tom Hamilton was my lawyer for two claims, and he exceeded my expectations. He was very professional, but still friendly and easy going. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the legal process and the different options I had.

We used Hamilton Cahoon for the sale of our house in Alberta and the service was outstanding. Our sale transaction was quite unique, as we had already moved across the country before the sale of the house was actually completed. Through multiple phone calls, text messages, emails and video calls, Tom was exceptional when an offer was finally accepted. With a quick possession date, timelines crunched and several time zones difference, Tom was available outside of normal working hours and always ensured all our needs were properly met. Additionally, Tom assisted us in the purchase of our new house outside of Alberta, liaising with our lawyer in another province to ensure all the details of the purchase were clear and understood by us prior to the purchase. I also had multiple phone calls and emails from Ashley (Tom's Legal Assistant) and her professionalism was exemplary throughout the entire process.
