I was a client of Litwiniuk & Co for 3.5 years. I was fortunate to work with Colin directly while he and the firm settled an MVA. I had never been through this process and didn't know what to expect; Colin was excellent in explaining the steps and what to expect. He and the company were always compassionate and understanding, and I looked to them for professional advice. I felt cared for as a client and never doubted for a moment that he wouldn't assist me. I definitely recommend working with Litwiniuk for your personal injury, as they are professional, highly skilled and caring.

Litwiniuk & Company is a very competent and experienced group of professionals dedicated to humanizing the legal process, which I would recommend available to anybody seeking justice.

The care, compassion and sage advice I received from James and Colin was exceptional. They took the time to clearly understand my situation, ensured I was focusing on the right areas first, then provided good guidance and counsel at the right time. I was a client of James Early. (Litwiniuk & Company) I would like to take this opportunity to say how wonderful he was with my file. James, managed to Closed my File in #3 weeks. His professionalism and outstanding job goes beyond the call of Duty. He even called me on a Weekend, letting me know he was going on Holidays for a week. (I found this amazing) My only Regret is not having him, from the get GO. If anyone needs a Closed file right away, ask for James Early. He's compassionate and understanding.
