David Huckaluck has had our case for almost 3 years and still no talk of settlement. Doesn't usually return calls and has a hard time properly scheduling appointments. His assistant is nice though and helps however she can. I'm sure the other lawyers here are great as they have good ratings but David seems lazy and is VERY hard to reach.

UPDATE: after speaking with one of the owners he has agreed to give us a new lawyer with the same firm. We agreed and are still waiting to meet our new lawyer. We have had no other issues as of this time.
