I purchased a commercial vacuum from there but 6 days in the belt stopped. I phoned in and the guy who sold it to me got right on the phone and said better than me relaying info to have my employee on site phone him direct. He walked him through how to fix it. Turns out it was actually a safety feature which stops it from actually getting broken. Great service, great product. Good to know it was the machine doing its job and also that if I did have a real problem that this company is that helpful. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing industrial grade stuff.

Hi there,
I was following up with them on the warranty on our carpet extractor we purchased from them prior. When all was over I decided it’d be fair to leave a review. To say the response time and the services are not your average ones wouldn’t be enough. The guys are going above & beyong the call of duty. Literally. I wish the way they handled the issue would be the STANDARD of customer service for any business. So, if you are on the market for commercial vacuums or such you may want to check them out. Their prices are reasonable; the staff is courteous and efficient. Very pleasant experience in overall.

I own a fairly large office cleaning company and purchased one of Comfort Vacuum's carpet cleaning machines a few months back. I must say that I'm extremely pleased with the results. It's easy to use and navigate, and saves me time as I'm able to effectively get into all of those hard to reach places like under the desks and in between shelving units. Not only was the sales representative friendly and professional, but he was also very knowledgeable and knew exactly which high-performance machine was right for my needs and budget. Thanks for the great service and product!
