I was able to book easily, but difficult to communicate with hair braider. Braider braids hair WAY too tight, even after expressing multiple times that it was too tight she continued braiding the exact same way and it was a very painful experience. Hairstyle was done sloppy, and not symmetrical, also rushed. Will not be returning.

I received a wash flat iron and roller set from Michell, and I love it. My natural hair never look so shiny and full of life with volume. She was very professional and unlike most salons where you sit and wait for hours, the time your schedule for is the time she starts your hair. I love the fact that she's open at 6am which is great for my busy schedule. She's located in North York at Victoria Park and Van Horne. I highly recommend.
