  I lucked out finding Martin on google. Had issues with my existing hid lights not working. He had no problem getting the lights fixed with some new parts and bulbs. Very professional quick and left me impressed. I would definitely recommend his products and service to everyone.

  BEST customer service I have ever experienced!! I was having trouble with my LED signal lights hyper-flashing and the resistors I purchased were puzzling me as to the best way to hook them up. I asked Martin for help via his website and he phoned me and we discussed a possible solution. I tried his idea and it worked!! The hyper-flashing has been stopped the signal lights operate perfectly now!! Best part about it The LED's and resistors were NOT purchased from HID VISION CANADA (P.S.: In hind-sight I should have purchased from HID VISION), "BUT" he still helped me solve my problem!! If you are looking for HID's, LED's or other specialty vehicle lighting MARTIN is the best guy around for all of it! THANKS!!!

  great customer service! they were able to help me out with a burnt bulb. the day i contacting them about my issue they had a new bulb sent out that same day. super fast replys with help at every step!

  I have dealt with hid vision Canada for years now and I will never deal with another business when it comes to my lights. I ran hids in my show truck from them and now I'm running leds in my current truck. The knowledge and customer service is hands down the best around. Any issue or question I had was answered and solved immediately! This is the best company going like I said I will never go to someone else for lights again!!

  I have purchased products from hd vision and i will still do it in the future as well, the service was great and fast. And when had an issue with a light bulb that burnet out it was replaced in waranty limits, asap.
  Very recomended! Look no further for all your lighting needs.

  I had a big problem with my after market HID lights that came with my used car. HID Vision Canada took the time to help me diagnose and fix it myself. They were very helpful. Last year they also helped me in a pinch to identify what replacement bulbs I needed. Shipping was fast. If you have or need HID lights, this is definitely the place to go for sales and support.

  Wanted to come pick up some LED's in person but in the end couldn't make it out to their place. Decided to order on the website instead. Easy ordering process with no issues. Received my headlights in 2 days. Product was exactly as explained on the phone by Martin. Plug n play. Took 5 mins to install and they look really good. Seem to work fine so far (it's only day 1). From my first phone call, Martin was very knowledgeable and professional. I left him a voicemail and within minutes he called me back. Very nice guy. After reading some reviews here I wasn't sure on the quality of the products but I must say I am impressed. The bulbs are solid and work great. They do not feel cheap or anything like that. I would recommend HID Vision Canada for sure.

  HID Vision Canada (Martin) was great to deal with. I ordered 2 HID kits from him and both came in through the mail under a week. I initially couldnt get them to work on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee and he helped me through the entire process, offering capacitors and error cancellers. In the end we still couldnt get them working and he happily offered a refund. No issues what so ever with communication, very polite and patient, and when we exhausted all options, he did not hesitate to do a full refund. Great guy, I would definitely buy from him again.
