Great place to meet with friends. Get there early on the weekends unless you want to wait in line. It's not a large venue. It has a great selection of cocktails and on tap beer. Food items are a tapas style for the most part not a burger place.

Good music, which varies in genre from night to night. Great cocktails with friendly bar and serving staff. Great ambiance. All in all one of the better nightlife venues in Vancouver. Go before 9:30 if you don't want to wait outside all evening. Go before 9 if you want to sit down.

This elegantly charming little nook is one of my favorite places to escape into. Not many people know enough about Guilt & Co., but let me tell you -
    1) They have a different type of live music every night
    2) It's all seated and classy, not for the rowdy bunch
    3) They have delicious and interesting cocktails - so don't expect any basic stuff
    4) It's entrance by donation, so you're supporting the arts
The only downside is that it's a wee bit expensive. But, perfect date night spot, or just somewhere to embrace singing, dancing, and jiving!
P.S. Keep a look out for the swing-dancing crew -- they're so much fun!

Great music, but unfortunately this bar needs to start charging for admission. The "pay what you want" policy seems to be attracting people with no interest in the actual music, who are incredibly loud and disrespectful to the musicians on stage.

Hip atmosphere and bands are great, just need higher standards for the crowd.

Our server was doing her best but come on. STAFF MORE PEOPLE. We waited a minimum of 15 minutes for ever drink, half an hour for bill and they misplaced my credit card I had behind the bar. Music is great but don't expect to hold a conversation.

Awesome ambience. For a 30 year old it was a great time to grab drinks. This has slowly become a go to spot for our Vancouver trips. Listened to some Reggae last time, which was not my thing but a good experience. Also very interesting to note that cover is by "donation, ie. you choose what you like", there is usually a line but it moves fairly fast.

The live music here was amazing. You have to get here early otherwise it is a long wait in line to get inside!! No cover (by donation) which is great and the atmosphere is great for a chill night out with a few friends or a date night.

Small dance floor up front by the stage to jam out with the bands

Nice ambience and staff. Great place for cocktails here. Here's where I come sit down with friends l, drink and chat. The underground place is great for live music and more club-ish drinking.

Looked cool until they denied our two friends entry that we were waiting for, and also for whom we had seats reserved. Great job guys!

Great atmosphere for music, dancing and drinking. The drinks are double price than any other pub but you have live band music so that's even. They have 'pay what you can' at the door as donations for the band. Wait , isn't the drink overpriced for bands..? I don't think that I would pay the donation thing from next visit.

Every time I've been here it's been a great experience from the delicious cocktails, engaging staff and the variety of music from ska, jazz, blues and contemporary. Cool vibe, ambience and clientele. It's not a kids bar and that's refreshing.

The brick walls, live music, and ambient lighting, make this place a magical venue to enjoy a night out. When I think of heading out to town and dance, The Guilt & Co. is first to mind. Service is good, drink options are nice and the whiskey sours are a treat.

Thank you for being such a great host.
