Recently had my stinger out of the winters. Lee was super friendly and professional. The shop was clean and organized and the technicians knew what they were doing. Came back after around 500 km to re-torque the nuts and it was super quick and of course, complimentary. The only minor thing i noticed though, was the valve covers were not the original ones that was on my wheel and one of them is shorter than the others. Oh well, as long as its holding air. Overall love this place and i will be returning to swap the summers.

Thankfully my dealership didn’t have the time to put snow tires on my vehicle, or I never would have discovered the guys down at GRiP. They were very communicative every step of the way, gave me options and did what I asked in a few days. I am so happy with how the new tires look and feel. I appreciate the care taken with my tires and thought the vacuuming was a nice touch!! They also are just great guys with a sense of humour and that goes far with me. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will be back!

All of our experiences with GRiP have been wonderful. The customer service is excellent, and they are accommodating. The cost of repair is fair and reasonable, and I have never felt as though I am being taken advantage of. The front desk always takes time to explain services in plain language, and walk me through the reports. Yesterday, I got a flat tire in Langley, and being new to BC, I was feeling a little out of my depth on what to do, and how to get back to Port Moody. I called GRiP and as a member of their VIP program, they organized for a tow truck to come. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very kind and understanding. I am really grateful for the consistent wonderful service at GRiP, and their willingness and without hesitation response in helping me out yesterday.

This review is long overdue. Over the summer, my partner and I were visiting Vancouver BC from Portland, Oregon for the first time. We had car trouble and had to get our towed as close to our air b&b as possible and this is the place we found. Car trouble is never fun, let alone when you're on an international vacation. But this place made the entire experience as pleasant as it could be. We were taken care of as if we were family, constantly communicated with (because the issue was unknown for a while), were given research and price comparisons, and ultimately got our car fixed for as cheap as possible, as fast as possible, and as safe as possible to get us home. The care and service we received here were above and beyond any customer service experience we have received, let alone from an auto repair facility. I WISH this place was local to us because I would never take my car anywhere else. We had such an incredible experience here and I hope this community realizes how lucky they are to have such a business with such care, integrity and compassion. Thank you!

I wish I could give more then 5 stars! We've had 2 great experiences in the last 2 weeks. We drove in with a flat and they got us in right away and did the repair quickly. Also received amazing service getting my snow tires put on. They got us in quickly, were super friendly, answered all my questions and did a great job. Will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you!
