Very low professionalism. Trevor is extremely rude and does want me to complete my talk. He closed the case after I had to take one day off work with no pay to come all the way to Mississauga. No respect for people whose first language is not English. Assumes that I had to know the law and what to do while I was not born here in the first place. Total ignorance of the real situation. He was advised about the whole issue on the phone and stated he could help out in my case. Once I stated the word "discrimination" he brought the receptionist into the room to be a witness. For the public interest, do not say "discrimination" if you are going to deal with this firm. My lawyer will be responding back to your legal action. See you in court.
