I walked in 10 minutes before closing and noticed the staff were cleaning to close to the shop because it was 10:50 pm and generally staff from anywhere just want to leave as soon as possible but in this case it was different. I asked if I could order a poutine and they were nice enough to serve me without any hesitation and made me a poutine. The poutine was great, just the way I like it. Cripsy fries that are hand cut and are fried twice to enchance the flavour and crispyness. Overall experience 5/5

Tried to place an order for delivery via phone and the woman on the other line was absolutely useless. I was cut off when trying to correct my address several times and the attitude was overwhelming. I wasn't even able to get to my order before I cancelled and hung up because the service was so terrible.

I literally just finished my burger and had to praise it! The burger is truly the best I've had in Toronto. Juicy, cooked to perfection, with great flavours added. Service with a smile and fast to boot! Definitely coming back.

You only get a 3 star rating because a few people who work there think it is a rock bar and you can blast the music so loud that the person taking your order can't hear you. The counter is what 2 feet wide or so. Leaning over trying to scream your order out because the music is too loud and no one can hear you. Did a great job a running a loud rock bar. Bad job at taking orders over the excessively loud rock bar music. What made the experience even more enjoyable, is that one of the speakers is pointed directly at the cashier station. Not a great plan.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST! I used to love this place because the burgers have great flavour, however after countless errors with our orders and beyond horrible customer service they have lost my business. 1 out of every 3 orders has to be sent back for mistakes with toppings, overcooked burgers or burnt fries. Etc. Not their fault cause it's the sugar in their fries of course! The staff are rude and have no customer service skills. Even after they try to fix an order they are so cocky they screw it up again. They never admit fault. They always make excuses. Quality is inconsistent. A simple change like checking orders before they go out would make all the difference. Instead front staff just blame the cooks and the cooks blame them. I hope this place goes under. After all the money I have spent here I am truly disappointed! The last Guy that screwed up my order had the audacity to hang up on me 3 x and tell me it's not his problem the order was messed up! There are far too many great burger joints to continue going back to a place where customer service, consistency and quality is an afterthought!

Yes the burger is great but what's the point when they can't make simple changes such as hold the mustard or no mayo. Not to mention wait time is over an hour for delivery for a customer that lives one street over, food completely cold. You must eat the burger they serve to you. As a paying customer I like to have my choice. Anyway the only thing safe there is the salad. Everything else is greasy and horrible.

When I complaint, the manager told me f*** off. Do not expect great anything for great burger kitchen.

I almost never leave reviewsand I leave this one more for the business owner than for any other reason.

My barometer for this business is "Is the big dude with the beard at the grill?" If he is cooking, your burger will be awesome. If he is not cooking, (after 4 disastrous visits out of 7) I predict you will be very disappointed.

Last night (Dec 30) my son's burger arrived by itself, then 10 minutes later our shared order of fries came out, then 5 minutes later my burger arrived, right about the time my son, who was finished eating, started asking if we could go. Kitchen work is about timingsomebody should let Dec 30th's kitchen staff know.

The inexplicably long wait for my burger suggests that they burnt it and had to make anotherwhich was also badly burnt. Char marks are one thing. Burnt crunchy is quite another. Double fail at the grill (burning & timing issues) and a 3rd fail for the person who dressed my burger and let the blackened, crispy puck pass quality control to be served to a customer.

Big bearded cook, 5 stars. All other visits, zero stars. I will likely return, but ONLY if I see that guy at the grill, and NEVER again otherwise.

If I had the option to give no stars, I would. My friends raved about this place and we ordered dinner from here at around 7.30 pm this evening. No sign of the food until 9 pm. When we called, we were told that the order has been put through.
Hungry, we waited until 9.40 for our food. When we called again, the person on the other end of the line was extremely rude and uncouth. Don't appreciate being lied to about the wait time and even less, the rudeness. I'm sure there are better burger places in the area. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
