We had exceptional service from the minute we entered the warehouse until the install was complete. We had a giant countertop piece put into our kitchen along with multiple odd-custom shaped pieces. They came to measure within days, and then to our absolute surprise, they were here to install 3 days later. The installers were wonderful and kind and worked very hard to be super careful of our home (and our pets). Very high quality job and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I recently went into pick out things for our new house. There is a salesman/worker there named Vinnee who is completely confused. Everything I asked he did not have an answer for. He left a poor impression. I was very disatissfied with service skills. The response time for information was ridiculous, to check stock and have questions answered took forever. The salesman was clueless. I called 3 times to talk to someone about my questions and no one could give me a direct timeline.

I ordered quartz countertops. The cutouts were all stained yellow because of improper cutting. I called to let them know several times. I even emailed. It has been over a week and still no response. However, when they needed payment they were so easily accesible to reach and now MIA. I wouldnt recommend them at all
UPDATE: in response to the owner's reply. What do you mean "as discussed?" No one has returned my calls. Yes, i did purchase the counters from your warehouse. We purchased it from Vinny at your shop. I etransferred money to his hotnail account as he requested. And yes, i did call MANY times to speak to someone and never got a call back even though i was told i would get a call back. I even emailed several times and never heard back.response / report this review -

I am Victoria. I really really liked their service. Vinny is very nice guys and installer guys and everyone is very so nice and professional. My house is old house, but because of their service my kitchen and bathroom looked new. I am very very satisfied. I will really reccommend you to renovate your kitchen and vanity from this company. You will not get disappointed. Service after installation is very perfect. They are professionals in Edmonton area. Thank you, Vinny and everyone in Granite Warehouse.

We replaced our kitchen island with granite from Granite Warehouse in Leduc. In home measurements were done promptly. Went into shop for selection of the granite. And it was cut and installed all the same week. We love our new island! Thanks Vinny & staff.
