We had an excellent buying experience all the way from Darcy in sales to Shea in service!
Darcy was able to and took the time to answer every question we had and was patient with my wife's many questions when buying our VW.

Amazing experience. Caitlin was amazing to deal with and made every trip to the dealership welcoming. I have and will recommend her and the dealership to everyone I know. Since I bought my Volkswagen from her my wife also went in and got a new one as well

Couldn't have asked for a better sales experience! We were on an extremely tight budget, and weren't sure whether or not we could afford another vehicle, but Caitlin made it happen! She made sure everything fit in UNDER my budget, and the process was incredibly fast!

Went in looking to get out of my truck and Rick helped me find the exact car I was looking for. He went above and beyond finding the car and making the deal happen in a very quick timeframe. He was alot of fun to deal with and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't want. I will definitely buy another car when the time is right from GP Volkswagen and from Rick!

I went into the dealership to check out the WE after seeing many tv commercials. I was greeted by Shawna Blimkie; she was incredibly personable and not at all pushy. I explained how my interest was piqued and wanted to see it up close and personal. She told me to get in to get a feel for it. It was even more enticing than the ads. Sadly it is out of my price range but wanted to send my kudos to her for her knowledge and easy to deal with personality. She is definitely someone I buy from in the future.

Loved dealing with GP Volkswagen! Pre-ordered the Atlas, and Phil kept me updated and even sent pictures from Calgary car show. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I love my new SUV and couldn't be happier with the experience! Phil still checks in to make sure everything is working and that it is up to par! 100% recommend GP Volkswagen!

Phil helped me get into my first car, wonderful experience all around. Not to mention he's a complete STUD. Chris was also really helpful when it came to finance. Who would have thought that buying a car would be so easy! Head on over to VW to get awesome customer service and some eye candy while you're at it.

The staff at GPVW were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Brad Malcolm made the purchasing process not only more fun, but I felt he was very passionate about putting the customer first. Getting some extras on my car at a later date, Brad volunteered to drive out to my place of work and take care of everything for me. I would highly recommend him, or any of the other staff at Volkswagen Grande Prairie.

I cannot find the words to describe how fantastic my experience was. Brad Malcolm went above and beyond. I was very indecisive and hesitant to trade in my vehicle and he was very patient and helpful and found me a vehicle that had features I was looking for but also a smart choice for me. Not to mention he was one of the funniest dealers I've met. It was a lot of fun to work with Brad. I'd highly recommend him and Volkswagen in grande prairie.

The sales associates and service staff are very knowledgeable and very good at giving new buyers and fair deal and are amazing at giving opportunity for price reductions where possible. I highly recommend them if you're just buying your first vehicle or looking for a long term vehicle with good resale value. Solid five stars!

GPVW is great to deal with, whenever there is a problem they are willing to fix it and they try to give you the best experience possible. If you aren't satisfied with something they will work with you to fix the problem, or find it. Brad is great! Whenever i come in he always tries to help out and greets me with a smile. He is willing to go above and beyond. He is thorough going through everything, he listens to what your needs are and then will point to what's right for you.
