This was my first time using Aspenclean. Klara and her team (team #8) did an amazing job! They were friendly on arrival and very professional. They even did my baseboards! Very happy with this company!

Huge thanks to team #10 (Romona, Kelly and Dejan) for leaving our place spotless! They did a fantastic job and were very accommodating when we asked for some additional things (i.e. cleaning inside the fridge). They were nice and professional and we're happy with the results. Would definitely recommend AspenClean and specifically this team. Thanks again!

Marleny, Latasha, and Angela (Team #5) was amazing! So friendly, and worked very hard to make sure that my place looked clean and fresh. They got into nooks and crannies that I didn't even know I had! Thank you so much, it was a wonderful pick-me-up for myself.

I was advised to use Aspen Clean to prepare a condominium for new renters. I was relatively pleased with the results, but did have to direct the cleaners to some obvious areas which needed attention. HOWEVER, please be aware that I will not and can not recommend them since one of their cleaners stole a family member's engagement ring just over a month ago while cleaning at another location. The family member had left a key at the West Van office for their place in Vancouver. The theft therefore occurred while the cleaners had the run of the place. Police reports have been filed but the company is not forth coming with information which can move the case forward. This is an extremely concerning situation and as such, I would caution others not to use the company's services.

Thieves.
One of their cleaning staff stole my engagement ring. Something that sure was worth more
than $5000 (we're talking 10 years of jail time!) but also has an incredible amount of sentimental value and is irreplaceable, mostly because there is no way we can afford that ring again! (single income // new parents here!)
I have been back and forth with a manager there who has been less than helpful, and simply because no one on the team had done something like this before he insisted they MUST be innocent and has taken zero responsibility. Their cleaners are bonded and insured, but what good is that going to do when they steal something and the company they work for refuses to provide the insurance information?!
Also, the manager never called to talk in person, solely relied on e-mail though I tried and tried again to have him speak with me on the phone. Basically dodged any chance of confrontation.
Aside from that, in all honesty, my apartment was always spotless, so that, they still have going for them.

Team #10 came to do a move in clean and did a great job. Customer service team was pleasant to deal with as well. Online booking option was really easy and nice to make bookings on. Would recommend this cleaning company for sure.

Team 15 did a fabulous job of cleaning my house from top to bottom! I have never seen the stainless steel look this great! Arrived on time, worked diligently, and finished right on time in accordance with the estimate. Even did a fantastic job on the oven, which I thought would be out of scope.

Had my first experience with AspenClean today. Ray-Ann, Marleny and Latasha arrived and got right to work. The house looks and smells fantastic. I really appreciate having a team of 3 available to come to clean as it makes a for a quicker more efficient job. As I am home during the day, this is extremely valuable to me. I have signed up for regular service and look forward to having Team 5 in my home again in a few weeks!

AspenClean has been cleaning our condo bi-weekly for almost four years now. We couldn't be happier with their service. Every cleaning is thorough and the team is always punctual. We appreciate that they use natural cleaning products, which by the way make your home smell wonderful! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend AspenClean.

It took a few times but I believe we've now fallen into a good routine. After some back and forth about being careful around electronics etc. we're now seeing everything cleaned very well and details like turntable covers not being left ajar, recycling taken down etc. are all happening. Very happy with the clean. I've gone through many in the past and I think this will be the team that services my condo from here on out.

Thanks to the team that came to clean my apartment today for such a wonderful job!
It was absolutely fantastic. The whole process was so smooth and I got to come home to a spotless suite and the team's special attention to the priority areas like the stove and living room upholstery was amazing.

I received a gift certificate for $150, so I booked them for a 3 hour clean. They cleaned two bathrooms and vacuumed. Nothing else, not even counters wiped down - they didn't even mop the floors (we have all hardwood). My regular cleaner charges half that and would have had the place spotless in that amount of time. Not impressed. The bathrooms are nice and clean, that's great, but it shouldn't take an hour to clean a bathroom. It's not as if they were disgusting, I wipe them down pretty regularly.

I hired AspenClean to clean out a townhouse after we moved out. Tanya, Anna and Lucy did a great job. Far better than I could have done myself spending twice the time. I don't think the fridge and bathrooms have ever been that clean before. They came 5 min early despite the snow, when other contractors simply cancelled. Would definitely recommend.
