A stunning, yet wonderfully cosy, upscale hotel set on a picturesque lake in downtown Sherbrooke. Fireplace, bar, pool, indoor parking, excellent service and full breakfast included. Highly recommend a visit.

Beautiful setting, looked extremely clean and polite staff, but there is a lack of parking spots.

Don't be fooled by the lobby, this hotel is not what it seems. The rooms are nice but not worth the money you have to pay for them, the lack of a fan in the bathroom made for some really hard times throughout the weekend. Majority of the amenities are not included in the cost, which is ridiculous because you pay so much for so little. The cold and tiny pool shuts down way too early and there are no towels by the pool. Like really guys? The breakfast is an assortments of fruit, cereal, and bread. These are all things anyone can find kicking around their house for an effortless breakfast. I would have enjoyed my experience a lot more if I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off the whole time I was staying here. The atmosphere is fancy but that's about it. If your staying in Sherbrooke, don't stay at Grand Times.

I stayed at the Grand Times hotel for 2 nights, and it was not worth the $420 it cost. The lobby gives off a deceiving impression at first glance, from the classy jazz to the elegant bar. It is not what it seems. From the continental breakfast that has no eggs, and no bacon, which is in my opinion are a breakfast staple. It was really insignificant and could not be taken as a proper first meal of the day. The pool, which was surprisingly small and cold, had 0 towels available for use. With 2 chairs to sit in on the pool deck, it is really not much of a spot to hang out, but rather a place to get in and get out, there's not even enough room to swim a proper lap! All in all, I have a hard time believing this hotel received 4 stars

The hotel is nice and we'll situated, but the room and the elevator are so badly lit you asking; what are they hiding. Even though I have all lights lit, I can't see what's on the floor in the room. The continental breakfast isn't really continental. No bacon, no scrambled eggs and no meat what so ever for the toast. The plates are of paper and the cutlery is plastic which doesn't really reflect the price they are asking for the room. The beds are a bit firm and the backrest of the chair at the desk feels like it is about to fall off.

Nice rooms. The penthouse suite 626 is the nicest room I've been in. Beautiful view the whirlpool tub was cool but splashed everywhere.
