(parody review, I actually liked the place) So The place is quiet: no bar fights and no Dead Pool here. No casinos where I could offer my services as a Mercenary/bodyguard Parking is free though! -Weasel

Some people said it was dated. It is kinda dated but not in a bad way, it also has a funny smell all around, but definitely a pleasant stay, the staff is polite and the bed is comfortable, there's no fridge..

Was able to check-in early and has free parking. Our room was quiet and very clean, much better than other hotels we've visited. The furniture in room looked new, but bathroom out dated. Overall very comfortable stay.

The hotel is old. They forgot to put clean towels the day we arrived. The hot water took a good 5 minutes before getting hot. The toilet doesn't flush well. There's no fridge. The chair for the desk looks like one of those chair they use in reception hall Never seen hotel of this name not having a computer desk chair with wheels. I bet it's coming from their convention centre. There's a nice fitness center open 24h. The hotel needs some good renovations and update to match my expectation from a Delta Marriott.

Oldish rooms, especially the bathrooms and hallways. Decent location, with plenty of food options nearby. Easy access to highway, free parking.

Very friendly service and rooms are in pretty good shape. Clean, comfortable but designed possibly a little conservatively. Only bad things so far are the crap gym in the basement and the food from the restaurant was passable but not great.

Great staff. Gym is ok bigger than most hotels that I have stayed at. Rooms would need a refresh little old to a modern style hotel like this one. Good choice of restaurants in walking distance.

Nice hotel located close to the University of Sherbrooke. Room was very clean and comfortable the bathroom was also clean but dated. There are lots of choices for food if you like the traditional chain restaurants and a great breakfast place within a 5 minute walk. Staff were great especially Caroline who was has the best front desk manner I have experienced in a long time.
